The Tuft & Needle building, previously the O.S. Stapley building, was masterfully renovated to feature open spaces, skylights, trusses, and large glass front doors. The site is located in the Downtown Phoenix Redevelopment Area, an area that has been the beneficiary of over $4.5 billion in public and private investment funds since 2004 resulting in a vibrant revitalization of the area.
