Spanish Hills

Spanish Hills Club is located just north of Thousand Oaks, to the north of the San Fernando Valley, and south of Santa Barbara. The property consists of 152 acres, with a championship 18-hole Golf Course designed by Robert E. Cupps, golf practice facilities, on-course restrooms, a 41,985 square foot golf clubhouse, cart barn, tennis clubhouse, gate house, tennis courts, swimming pool, and extensive landscaping. Stunning views of the Channel Islands, valley, and Topatopa Mountains are all viewable from the course.

The golf and tennis clubhouses were designed by famed architect Robert Altevers, who also designed the clubhouses at Shady Canyon in Irvine, The Reserve in Indian Wells, and Big Canyon in Newport Beach. The planned improvements at Spanish Hills Club consist of a brand-new dining room and terrace, renovated women’s restroom with a bridal lounge, a new kid’s club and golf pro shop, all of which are in the golf clubhouse. On the Tennis Property will be 22 luxury boutique visitor serving units, the Bungalows and Lofts, and a new state-of-the-art spa & fitness center which will include a yoga pavilion, Pilates room, a cardio and strength training facility, massage rooms, steam rooms, and performance therapy.
